1. Free Trial

Socioex may offer a free trial on selected plans.

You may cancel your subscription at any time during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

If the trial is not canceled before expiration, your selected subscription plan will automatically begin, and payment will be processed.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.

Once canceled:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle

  • No further charges will be made after the billing period ends

Access to paid features will expire at the end of the active billing period.

3. Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed.

Socioex does not provide refunds for:

  • Partial subscription periods

  • Unused time

  • Downgrades or plan changes

Please review plan details carefully before purchasing.

4. Exceptional Cases

In rare cases, refunds may be considered at Socioex’s sole discretion for:

  • Duplicate charges

  • Technical billing errors

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge.

5. Account Termination

If an account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions, no refunds will be issued.
